Admissions Information

Entry into the main school is normally at age 4 into Reception, where we aim to have a class of a maximum of 16 to 18 children. Entry is by assessment and your child will be invited to attend an assessment day before a place is offered. These assessment days normally take place throughout the Autumn term prior to starting school.

However, where space permits we are delighted to accept pupils into other year groups at the start of and during an academic year. If you are looking for a place in an older year group please contact us to discuss availability. We like to assess children for this type of entry by inviting them to school for a day to meet the other children within the class. During the day your son will be assessed both formally and informally by the class teacher.

A registration fee of £50 (non-returnable) will be charged at the time of registration. Parents who elect to accept a place for their son must make a payment of £700 in order for the place to be confirmed and guaranteed.  Although £50 will be retained as our Admissions Fee, £500 will act as a pre-payment towards the first term’s fees. The remaining £150 will act as a deposit which will be returned when a pupil leaves  at the end of Year 6 at the Preparatory School. If this acceptance is cancelled at any time or for any reason, the acceptance fee of £700 is not returnable.

Please contact the school office on 020 8866 2737 or e-mail on to arrange a tour of the school and assessment for your child. We look forward to hearing from you.
