Haberdashers Teachers and Guest Talk

Posted: 6th February 2019

On Tuesday afternoon we had another visit from Dr Hobbs, who conducted an amazing lesson about gases and states of matter. There was fire, foam, and much more!

Mr Rash Patel gave a talk to KS 1 about bees. In a world where there is growing concern about climate change, bees are one of our most important helpers. What does the queen bee do? What does the male bee do? How do bees make honey? These were questions the boys delved into during the session.

Dr Kanapthipillai is one of our boy’s parents. She was gracious enough to come and talk to Years 5 and 6 about being a general practitioner (GP). The boys had so many different questions to ask! What a great session!
