Reception visit Headstone Manor Museum

Posted: 14th November 2020

Reception class went to Headstone Manor to learn how Harrow has changed over hundreds of years.  Laura told us the story through the eyes of a time-travelling owl who lived in the Tithe Barn at Headstone Manor and saw the changes taking place as he flew high in the sky.   The boys had the opportunity to hold and explore cameras from the famous Kodak factory that used to be in Harrow and some boys were able to dress up as characters from the story.  Everyone made a collage map of the local area and we walked around the museum spotting the Kodak chimney, the manor house, the moat and the great barn.  We all had a fantastic time on our trip.
